Many years ago about 1984,  a Naturopath called Betty Child who is still going strong put me onto a Bowel Cleanse strategy which I am happy to share with you if you email.

It is a program using Nature Sunshine Special Psyllium Herb Mix taking 5 times per day, Hydrated Bentonite, Chlorophyll and Cacara Sagrata Herb along with Juices and semi Fast. On the third day you can expect big long snakes to come out in the morning visit to the toot as per the gross pictures you will see on this link.  This Dr is spot on. Not many naturopaths even recommend this and would rather sell you lots of pills, but until you do this and a Liver cleanse as per Hulda Clarke on this site, you will never begin to turn your health around.

This has been a life saver for me and is the place to start if you have any kind of food allergy or Health problems. Please also read Dr Jenson’s book, ‘TISSUE CLEANSING through Bowel Management’. He researched this problem very thoroughly and put me on the right path those many years ago. Now the Ayurvedic Tumeric is the go for on going maintenance. See article.

It’s true: physician reports on vitamin D stopping cancer have been ignored for decades. In 1951, T. Desmonts reported that vitamin D treatment was effective against Hodgkin’s disease (a cancer of the lymphatic system).

 

[2] That same year, 57 years ago, massive doses of vitamin D were also observed to improve epithelioma.

 

[3] In 1955, skin cancer was again reported as cured with vitamin D treatment.

 

[4] In 1963, there was a promising investigation done on vitamin D and breast cancer.

 

[5] Then, in 1964, vitamin D was found to be effective against lymph nodal reticulosarcoma, a non-Hodgkin’s lymphatic cancer.

 

[6] The American Cancer Society has been obsessed with finding a drug cure for cancer. Pharmaceutical researchers are not looking for a vitamin cure. And when one is presented, as independent investigators and physicians have continuously been doing since 1951, it is ignored.”

 

[7] Vitamin D RDA and Sun-Dosing The recommended daily allowance for vitamin D is set at 200-400 international units a day (IU). This is thought to be the level above which overt cases of the classic vitamin D deficiency disease rickets will not be observed. Alas, it’s not that simple. You actually need around 4,000 IU/day just to maintain the vitamin D levels you already have. Do you think government scientists know this already? Of course they do. To understand vitamin D’s playing field a little better, consider the following. Let’s say you went out to the local park in June between 11am and 2pm, stripped completely naked and laid out on the grass. In the half an hour it took for the local police to arrest you, scientists say you can generate around 20,000 IU of vitamin D. Of course, the mitigating factors are skin pigmentation, where you are on the planet, cloud cover, pollution, speed of police, etc. Then you get bailed out at the station, return home with your clothes on, strip off again for a shower… and wash all that vitamin D down the plughole! That’s right. It takes around 48 hours for vitamin D to penetrate the skin. Being oil-soluble, vitamin D is broken down by soap and washed away in your power shower. To avoid this happening after adequate sun exposure (enough for you fair-skinned types to turn pinkish), wash off the skin with water and tend to the underarms and groin area separately. Smelly old farmers live longer – pungent but true. Dark-skinned folk need much more sun than light-skinned folk. Watch to see when your shadow is shorter than you are. Dr John Cannell says this is a useful thumbnail to determine when you can make vitamin D. Unfortunately in the UK, your shadow is longer than you are for a good six months of the year. Trying to get sun exposure behind glass won’t work either since the vitamin-D-making UVB wavelength is disrupted. UVA gets through, however, and that’s not good news. Every member of the population should take reasonable sun exposure not only more seriously, but view it as one of the cardinal prerequisites for a longer life. If you have dark skin and have moved to a northern country, you are especially at risk from vitamin-D-deficiency problems. Numerous studies indicate that ‘all-cause mortality’ is significantly higher if you are vitamin-D-deficient.

 

[8] Vitamin D Testing If you have cancer or other serious condition, the first thing to do is find out what your blood serum levels of D are. You can do this even if you are healthy and just want to know. The test you should request from your GP is known as a 25(OH)D or 25-hydroxy D test for calcidiol, and is done using a blood sample. Do not get fobbed off with “Oh, you’re a bit low, Marjorie.” You need the figure and the calibration, i.e. 25 ng/ml or 75 nmol/L. If you end up with other calibrations, convert as follows:

 

10 ng/ml = 10μg/L (no change) 10 ng/ml = 24.96 nmol/L (1:2.5)

The ng/ml and μg/L scales run as follows (UK, USA, etc.): <20 ng/ml – grossly deficient 20-40 ng/ml – deficient 50-60 ng/ml – normal 70-90 ng/ml – therapeutic >100-110 ng/ml – toxic threshold

 

The nmol/l scale runs as follows (Australia, etc.):

< 50 mmol/l – grossly deficient

50 – 100 nmol/l – deficient

130 – 150 nmol/l – normal

170 – 190 ng/ml – therapeutic

>220 nmol/l – toxic threshold

 

[9] Dr Bruce Hollis remarks that no circulating D3 can be found until levels are 40-50 ng/ml (100-125 nmol/l). By this measure, at least 85% of the US population are vitamin-D-deficient. Consider that America is below the 52nd parallel, so the UK and northern Europe will be far worse.

If your test comes back deficient, vitamin D levels should be raised using sunlight and/or supplementation, and then re-tested four weeks later to see if progress is being made. I encourage people to take 10,000 IU/day of D3 while they are getting tested and then adjust the supplementation accordingly (usually upward) and re-test in four to six weeks.

 

There are specially designed, electronic-ballast ‘safe’ tanning beds, too, which emit predominant UVB wavelength. Dr Joseph Mercola recommends these but they are expensive and not to everyone’s tastes.

 

[10] The best choice is sunlight and/or vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supplementation. If you are pushing the limits with very high supplementation, the experts advise that you to get tested often and watch for calcium levels rising – an indication of the toxic threshold. There is a good margin for safety, however. Risks from toxicity with D3 are commonly overblown and true problems only come from overdosing for months on end. For most people, D3 oral supplementation will be the only option during winter months. The level of supplementation is irrelevant, it’s the serum levels that matter. Dr Mercola states that normal healthy individuals can supplement 3,000 IU/day per 100lbs bodyweight and for those undergoing treatment for cancer or other serious illnesses, 5,000 IU/day per 100lbs bodyweight. Once again, if you are pushing the limits with oral supplementation to get your serum levels up in a hurry, it is vital to monitor levels not only to avoid the aforementioned overdosing, but to ensure the therapeutic margin is gained.

Some people require huge initial doses of D3 to get them into the game (50,000-100,000 IU). You simply won’t know where you stand without testing and monitoring your levels. Remember also that you weren’t designed to take vitamin D orally, so you won’t get all of the benefits associated with normal sun exposure, which is by far the most safe and efficient method of vitamin D production when done reasonably: “There is no way to know if the recommendations given below are correct. The ONLY way to know is to test your blood. You might need 4-5 times the amount recommended below. Ideally your blood level of 25(OH)D should be 60ng/ml.”

 

[11] AGE ORAL DOSAGE

Below 5 35 IUper lb per day

5-10 2,500 IU/day

18-30 5,000 IU/day

Pregnant women 5,000 IU/day

HEAR THROUGH YOUR SKIN

THE NEUROPHONE

The amazing Neurophone does just that, enable you to hear via electrodes touching the skin. A friend of mine actually has one. The original by Dr Patric Flanagan cost about $2000 but I understand you can get them really cheap from the UK. If you want to track it down and have problems just drop me a line.

The Neurophone transmits ultra sound frequencies through the skin to the brain, bypassing normal hearing channels. The Neurophone delivers a 40 kHz energy frequency through sensors, which are placed on the skin near the temples. For several decades, audiologists have experimented with the application of sound frequencies through the skin.

The Neurophone has a variety of beneficial uses such as:

1. to help concentration while studying

2. to assist in learning languages or other study materials

3. to listen to recorded music in a new way

4. to help achieve harmony and emotional balance personally or with partners

5. to help students and professionals improve grades and test scores

6. to assist in gaining a sense of calm mindedness, relaxation, and well being

7. to assist in meditation

8. to assist sound perception

The Neurophone is not a hearing aid for deaf people. However, it may help some who have auditory nerve damage depending on the type and severity. It is not meant to be a hearing aid, nor to diagnose or treat deafness.

The Neurophone can be connected to any audio device such as tape or CD player.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The skin is our largest and most complex organ. In addition to being the first line of defense against infection, the skin is a gigantic liquid crystal brain. The skin is piezo-electric. When it is vibrated or rubbed, it generates electric signals and scalar waves. Every organ of perception evolved from the skin. When we are embryos, our sensory organs evolved from the folds in the skin. Many primitive organisms and animals can see and hear with their skin. We now know that the skin transmits ultrasonic impulses to an organ in the inner ear known as the Saccule. The skin vibrates in resonance with the ultrasonic ( 40 KHz) Neurophone modulated carrier wave and transmits the sound from the carrier through multiple channels into the brain. When the Neurophone was originally developed, neurophysiologists considered that the brain was hard-wired and that the various cranial nerves were hard-wired to every sensory system. The eighth cranial nerve is the nerve bundle that runs from the inner ear to the brain. Theoretically, we should only be able to hear with our ears if our sensor organs are hardwired.

Now the concept of a holographic brain has come into being. The holographic brain theory states that the brain uses a holographic encoding system so that the entire brain may be able to function as a multi-faceted sensory encoding computer. This means that sensory impressions, like hearing, may be encoded so that any part of the brain can recognize input signals according to a special type of signal coding. Theoretically, we should be able to see and hear through multiple channels not just our eyes and ears.

The key to the Neurophone is the stimulation of the nerves of the skin with a digitally coded signal that carries the same time-ratio code that is recognized as sound by any nerve in the body.

All commercial digital speech recognition circuitry is based on so-called dominant frequency power analysis. While speech can be recognized by such a circuit, the truth is that speech encoding is based on time ratios. If the frequency power analysis circuits are not phased correctly, they will not work. The intelligence (sound) is carried by phase information.

The frequency content of the voice gives our voice a certain quality, but frequency does not containinformation. All attempts at computer voice recognition and voice generation are only partially successful. Until digital time-ratio encoding is used, our computers will never be able to really talk to us.

The computer that we developed to recognize speech for the Man-Dolphin communicator used time-ratio analysis only. By recognizing and using time-ratio encoding, we could transmit clear voice data through extremely narrow bandwidths. In one device, we developed a radio transmitter that had a bandwidth of only 300 Hertz while maintaining crystal clear transmission. Since signal-to-noise ratio is based on bandwidth considerations, we were able to transmit clear voice over thousands of miles while using milliwatt power.

Improved signal-processing algorithms are the basis of a new series of Neurophones that are currently under development. These new Neurophones use state-of-the-art digital processing to render sound information with much greater clarity.

ELECTRONIC TELEPATHY

The Neurophone is an electronic telepathy machine. Several tests prove that it bypasses the eighth cranial nerve, the hearing nerve, and transmits sound directly to the brain. This means that the Neurophone stimulates perception through a seventh or alternative sense.

All hearing aids stimulate tiny bones in the middle ear.

Sometimes when the eardrum is damaged, the bones of the inner ear are stimulated by a vibrator that is placed behind the ear on the base of the skull. Bone conduction will even work through the teeth. In order for bone conduction to work, the cochlea or inner ear that connects to the eighth cranial nerve first must function. People who are nerve-deaf cannot hear through bone conduction because the nerves in the inner ear are not functional.

A number of profoundly nerve-deaf people and people who have had the entire inner ear removed by surgery have been able to hear with the Neurophone. If the Neurophone electrodes are placed on the closed eyes or on the face, the sound can be clearly ‘heard’ as if it were coming from inside the brain. When the electrodes are placed on the face, the sound is perceived through the trigeminal nerve. We therefore know that the Neurophone can work through the trigeminal or facial nerve. When the facial nerve is deadened by means of anesthetic injections, we can no longer hear through the face. In these cases, there is a fine line where the skin on the face is numb. If the electrodes are placed on the numb skin, we cannot hear it but when the electrodes are moved a fraction of an inch over to skin that still has feeling, sound perception is restored and the person can ‘hear’.

This proves that the means of sound perception via the Neurophone is by means of skin and not by means of bone conduction. There was an earlier test performed at Tufts University that was designed by Dr. Dwight Wayne Batteau, one of my partners in the United States Navy Dolphin Communication Project. This test was known as the “Beat Frequency Test”. It is well known that sound waves of two slightly different frequencies create a ‘beat’ note as the waves interfere with each other. For example, if a sound of 300 Hertz and one of 330 Hertz are played into one ear at the same time a beat not of 30 Hertz will be perceived. This is a mechanical summation of sound in the bone structure of the inner ear. There is another beat, sounds beat together in the corpus callosum in the center of the brain. This binaural beat is used by the Monroe Institute and others to simulate altered brain states by entraining (causing brain waves to lock on and follow the signal) the brain into high alpha or even theta brain states.

These brain states are associated with creativity, lucid dreaming and other states of consciousness otherwise difficult to reach when awake. The Neurophone is a powerful brain entrainment device. If we play alpha or theta signals directly through the Neurophone, we can move the brain into any state desired. Batteau’s theory was that if we could place the Neurophone electrodes so that the sound was perceived as coming from one side of the head only, and if we played a 300 Hertz signal through the Neurophone, if we also played a 330 Hertz signal through an ordinary headphone we would get a beat note if the signals were summing in the inner ear bones. When the test was conducted, we were able to perceive two distinct tones without beat. This test again proved that Neurophonic hearing was not through bone conduction. When we used a stereo Neurophone, we were able to get a beat note that is similar to the binaural beat, but the beat is occurring inside the nervous system and is not the result of bone conduction. The Neurophone is a ‘gateway’ into altered brain states. Its most powerful use may be in direct communications with the brain centers, thereby bypassing the ‘filters’ or inner mechanisms that may limit our ability to communicate to the brain. If we can unlock the secret of direct audio communications to the brain, we can unlock the secret of visual communications. The skin has receptors that can detect vibration, light, temperature, pressure and friction. All we have to do is stimulate the skin with the right signals. We are continuing Neurophonic research. We have recently developed other modes of Neurophonic transmission. We have also reversed the Neurophone and found that we can detect scalar waves that are generated by the living system. The detection technique is actually very similar to the process used by Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama in Japan. Dr. Motoyama used capacitor electrodes very much like those we use with the Neurophone to detect energies from various power centers of the body known as chakras.

YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FATS

Fats as a whole have been charged with many crimes against humanity since the second half of last century. For decades poor old Fats have been blamed for atherosclerosis, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, cancer, increased mortality and much more. The Fat family has been ostracised and condemned by the National Heart Foundation, nutritionists, health joumalists and doctors, while only certain members are criminals. Most of the clan are actually essential contributors to the wellness and longevity of the entire community. Cholesterol particularly has been maligned as public enemy number one, when in actual fact it is one of the most important citizens in the society of the human body. Through fear and misinformation, many have avoided all the Fats, only to reap disastrous consequences. The Nathan Pritikin diet, for example, produced many casualties presenting a wide range of physical and mental disorders.

It is true that some Fats cause a lot of trouble. Trans Fat for example, has been responsible for breaking and entering arterial walls, robbing nutrients, exploding white blood cells, deploying mercenary free radicals and promoting havoc from one area to the other. Trans Fat hides out in margarine, vegetable shortenings and all foods made with them.

The refined Mr Vegetable Oil is also another major culprit behind cancer and heart disease. A recent study of thousands of Swedish women showed a strong link between vegetable oil intake and higher breast cancer rates (1) Canola oil is especially harmful as it creates a Vitamin E deficiency (2). It may also cause heart lesions, particularly when the diet is low in Saturated

Unsaturated Fat barricades protein in the stomach, causing impaired nutrition. He also leads enzymes astray that are needed for digestion and for the production of thyroid hormones. His presence in the neighbourhood increases the risk of abnormal blood clotting, inflammation, immune deficiency, shock, aging, obesity and cancer (4).

Poly Unsaturated Fat can be a particularly dangerous young lady, being an expert in immune system sabotage. She is found in fast food, fried food and most bakery products, and contribiites decisively to the degenerative changes that occur in aging (5).

Another member of the Fat Family, Flax Fat (often known as Flax oil), has been promoted in recent times as an altemative to fish oils and a supporter of his cousin, Colonel Omega-3 Fat, Protector-Genera of the arteries. Tests done on all brands of Flax oil sold in London found that most were rancid and carcinogenic (6). Stoney Creek Flax Oil is cold pressed then immediately infused with nitrogen to preserve its antioxidant characteristics. However, it must be kept cold and discarded if not finished within six weeks after opening. Recent studies indicate that Flax seed oil is not suitable for men over forty years of age, as it can cause inflammation of the prostate.(7)

The most innocent and law abiding members of the Fat family are found in foods such as avocados, olives, nuts, coconuts, seeds, soft cheeses and organic eggs. In the average diet, however, these foods do not provide enough support from the Fat family in general. Other Fats are necessary for protection against fat-soluble neuro-toxins such as mercury, lead, nickel and cadmium: for long-term gastrointestinal health; for growth, development and healing and for peak performance of the immune system. Some Fats are also needed for healthy heart function, skin care, hormonal balance, and protection against the development of cancer.

The best Fat of all is cold pressed organic coconut oil which is 9200 saturated with over two thirds of the Saturated Fat in the form of medium chain fatty acids. It contains large quantities of Lauric Acid, which is a key ingredient in mother’s milk. Coconut oil protects tropical populations from bacteria and fungus. It is extremely stable and can be left at room temperature for years without developing rancidity. It is antiviral and provides trustworthy protection for the brain.

In the 1950s, farmers attempted to fatten their livestock by using coconut oil. The animals became lean and perky, rather than fat and indolent.(7)
Coconut oil is an excellent therapeutic agent in cases of obesity, lethargy and a variety of neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s and Epilepsy.
Cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil is another safe member of the Fat family, containing 75% Oleic Acid, the stable Monounsaturated Fat, along with 13% Saturated Fat. It is ideal for salads and cooking at moderate temperatures, and it is rich in anti-aging antioxidants.

Another great patriarch of the Fat clan is organic butter, which is one of the healthiest whole foods you can include in your diet. It is a rich source of Vitamins A, D, E and K and trace minerals including selenium. It also supplies Iodine, needed by the Thyroid gland. Butter has appreciable amounts of Butyric Acid, used by the colon as an energy source, and known to be a potent anti-carcinogen. It is also rich in Lauric Acid, providing anti-microbial and anti-fungal status. Butter also protects against calcification of the joints, hardening of the arteries, cataracts and stiffness. Butter stimulates the pancreas to produce alkalizing bicarbonates and protease enzymes such as Trypsin which is known to prevent cancer. Butter is also an excellent source of dietary cholesterol. “Men with very low cholesterol levels seemed prone to premature death; the lower the cholesterol the shorter the life.. .men with cholesterol levels below 4.1 mmol/L tended to die prematurely from cancer, respiratory and digestive disease and trauma. Also with women, the higher the cholesterol, the longer they lived.”(8)

It is interesting to note that between 1920 and 1960 the incidence of heart disease rose precipitously to become America’s number one killer. During the same period butter consumption in the USA plummeted from 9.5kg per person per year to 2kg.

During the same period Trans Fat and his accomplices infiltrated into nearly every American home at a rate proportionate to the steady increase in heart disease.(9)

The famous Fat brothers known as Omega-3 and Omega-6 are extremely beneficial to the body when they both weigh in at the same weight. The ideal ratio is about 1:1, and this is probably what our ancestors consumed. The problem today is that most Australians consume a dangerously insufficient amount of Omega-3, while our intake of Omega-6 found in soy, sunflower, canola and other oils is far too high. A typical ratio exceeds 25:1, whereas countries such as Japan and Greece present a typical ratio of 1:1 to 5:1. Omega-3 is found primarily in fish oil such as cod liver oil and salmon oil. Extensive studies have concluded that cold pressed, mercury-free fish oils fight and prevent heart disease, cancer, depression, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, and diabetes. They improve concentration and memory and increase energy levels. They provide resistence to common illnesses such as colds and flu. They also help women avoid premature births, low birth weight, and other complications. For the non-vegetarian, fish oils provide a superior source of Omega-3 Fat without the danger of rancidity and free radical contamination that can occur with other Fats such as Flax oil. Cod liver oil can be consumed at a dose of 1 teaspoon per 25 kilograms of body weight per day. The dose for salmon oil is 3,000mg daily. Other fish oils may also be suitable, however, caution should be exercised. Since fish today is generally considered unsafe to eat due to high levels of mercury contamination, it is very important to choose a high quality oil that has been independently lab-tested and found to be free of mercury and other toxins. Melrose (Cod Liver Oil) and GNLD (Salmon Oil) both conform to the most strict purity guidelines and are free from chemical modification and processing. Their oils are guaranteed mercury -free.
So, when it comes to Mr and Mrs Fat and all their little Fatlets, be sure to exercise forensic wisdom before inviting just any Fat into your community. Make a citizen’s arrest before Processed Fat, Trans Fat, Refined Fat, Poly Fat or any of the dangerous Fat band do any harm to you or your family. Learn from the civilizations that for centuries lived well and long, while consuming moderate amounts of Saturated Fat as part of a balanced diet.

Summary
1.Eat plenty of avocados, nuts, olives, soft cheeses and organic eggs.

2.Consume 2 tablespoons of cold pressed coconut oil daily.

3.Use cold pressed extra virgin olive oil in salads

4.Eat plenty of organic butter

5.Take cod liver oil and salmon oil capsules.

6.Never eat margarine, vegetable shortening, refined oils or oils that present a dominant level of polyunsaturated fat.
