Many experimenters have observed that charging a cell is more effective with a two inch cathode. The greater surface is definately an advantage so we have now developed our new 2" cathode that can be fitted to all previous cells and is now standard issue with all new Joe cell kits for engine cells and for the charge cell.

The fabrication involved means more expense but since we do not need to supply the one inch tube we are able to keep the prices unchanged for now.

NEW CONE DESIGN - The tall cones were designed along the lines of optic laws but we have found that many variations seem to work just as well. The tall cone in conjunction with the ten inch cannister is quite a tall assembly and it is to everyon's advantage that we make the package as compact as possible. The cone is now designed in accordance with the age old pyramid angles of 51 degrees. We cannot make any definite claims as to the benefits of this but we do have extremely good feed back from pyramid experimenter's that this is the way to go. So far all indicator's look very good and indeed we are very excited about these new developments which we believe is a step forward to an even more reliable cell.

We will post a comprehensive list of web sites and you tube videos that have now become a fantasitc resource for anyone beginning their journey into this very unique science and experimentation.

Alittle history: I first came across the so called 'Joe videos' way back in 1993 where I first heard of Joe and his ability to run a car on his 'magic cell'. Even then it was abit hard to comprehend how a car could run over 1000 miles on a cup of water and I guess it sat in the too hard basket for some years until 1998 when I met Mr barry Hilton. Barry is a remarkable man who has delved into many areas of science and it is a pity he didn't seek a career in a well funded research lab. Instead he has developed a vast number of inventuions just waiting for the right developer to come along and make some of these remarkable inventions become reality.

One such invention is the Hilton Centrifical Engine.(developers..please call- It is ready to go). So on passing these videos to Barry he decided to write a small paper called the 'Hydrogen Brief' , in those days we had our eyes on Stan Meyer as well as several other Free Energy and Water Fuel inventors.. Indeed I am very excited about what some folk are achieveing with Stan's work in recent times with reports of over 30 litres a minute using Stan's pulse train technique as described in his papers. You will find Stans work on this site.

After some time, Barry got even more interested in Joe so we organised a few days with Joe to really try and understand this phenomenon. To say the least we were blown away and even to this day when I peer into a charging cell I am captivated with awe knowing that even in this remarkable day and age, I am looking at a process that is 'not in the text books'.

It wasn't long before Barry compiled a sumary of the more practical points from our meeting and thus the Joe phenomonen was born in the public arena. 'How to Run Your Car On Zero Point Energy' hit the market. We decided to call it the 'Joe Cell' in honour of Joe him self. A truely remarkable man unshackeled by the constraints of academic science.

My dear friend from Nexus, Duncan Roads published an article where I have also run ads for many years and on the day Nexus came out, it was a day to remember. The phone started ringing before I was out of bed and kept ringing non stop well into the day. The secret was out.
